Bible Study – What does the Bible really say about today’s controversial answers to the question: What Would Jesus Do/Say?
How is it that Christians read the same bible, yet come to such vastly different understandings of what it means? That question has been our guide through some of today’s most divisive issues and our last bible study just looked at the tip of the iceberg. So, we are going to dive deeper.
Join us for a 4 week study “Living Faithfully: Human Sexuality and The United Methodist Church” in which we will explore the current division in our denomination and study the scriptures that have led two faithful groups to see human sexuality in very different ways. Books are $11 each, if you wish to purchase your own copy and will be available this Sunday for pick up. Classes will begin at 6:30 on Sept 20, 27, October 4, and 11. Bring a friend!
